Philipe Nardin is a rich noble who met with Queen Mary and Prince Francis while on their honeymoon travels.
Personality[]
Philipe Nardin is a sweet, rather introspective man. However, he is not one to stumble around when it comes to business, and he always gets to the point, while still maintaining his charm.
Season 1[]
Philipe Nardin was informed by Queen Mary about a young woman she thought would be perfect for him, and told him to keep an eye out for her at the First Light Banquette. Lola introduced herself to him at the banquet in a beautiful red dress, and she was more lovely then he could have hoped.
Not long after getting to know her, the Count cut right to the chase and explained his situation to her. His father demanded that he pick a wife, or he would not receive his inheritance. He apologized for not being more romantic about declaring his intention to wed her, but claimed to know how to be romantic, and would be in the future. He then told her he liked her very much and gave her his candle.
Lady Lola's face didn't reveal too much of what she was thinking. But she gave him a coy smile and told him to keep her window under his sight that night, to see if she has lit the candle.
Much to his delight, he saw a burning candle in Lola's window. However, the next day, Lola informed him that she had a change of heart and could not marry him.

- Philipe Nardin is the first Reign character to be introduced as gay. Though it was never confired or denied, Francis claimed to have heard rumours.
